With over 12 years of recruitment experience, Ethan has developed a strong track record of success across diverse global markets, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and most recently APAC where he currently heads up JD Ross Energy’s APAC . He’s passionate about building high-performing, successful teams that drive innovation and progress within renewable energy, sustainability, energy efficiency, and the energy transition sectors.
