About the company: A growing Renewables Developer and Asset Owner who has rapidly expanded their outreach into the industry over the past few years, with a strong portfolio and pipeline of projects covering the Wind, Solar and BESS sectors.

This company is currently on the search for an OT Manager to join their Sydney or Melbourne office to lead, develop, implement and maintain their OT function, ultimately supporting all areas of the business and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Significant contribution to the OT Strategy, meeting company and industry standards, in line with compliance obligations
• Develop, review and manage OT project scopes
• Provide technical OT support to renewable energy projects, acquisitions, operations
• Advise on technical system integration
• Deploy OT Cyber Security tools
• Coordinate with Asset Managers in the development of OT documentation
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications / Experience & Skills:

• Tertiary Qualification 
• 10-15+ years Operational Technology industry experience
• Knowledge of Cyber Security Standards
• Renewable Energy or Critical Infrastructure experience desirable
• Experience in managerial / leadership positions
• Excellent communication skills
