Senior Environmental ESD Consultant
$100000 - $120000 per annum

You will work across a diverse range of consultancy services specialising in the built environment. Working in a consultancy that covers the whole life cycle of sustainability right through from design to the ongoing assessment of buildings. You will be provided with exceptional guidance from the management team to work on larger more challenging projects and branch into new areas of ESD!

Duties:
- Mentoring and quality assurance of junior staff.
- Thermal comfort modelling (using BERS Pro software), BASIX and Section J assessments.
- Dynamic modelling of buildings Energy, Carbon & Daylighting conditions through IES VE.
- Involvement in Green Star or other environmental rating tools.
- Provision of ESD fee proposals to meet the clients’ expectations and scope. 

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture or similar. 
- Strong experience in delivering large BASIX assessments. 
- IES for Section J – J1V3 Performance Solutions, daylighting, and thermal comfort assessments is essential.
- Experience with delivery of Green Star, WELL, NABERS and other sustainability rating tools.
- Experienced with BERS pro for NatHERS modelling.
