JD Ross Energy have partnered with an Australian industry leading electrical infrastructure business, specialising in the design and construction of utility assets.

Due to a high volume of work being won they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Substation projects and programs within agreed timeframes, estimated budgets and scope. They will lead a team including Project Engineers, Project Supervisors and support staff to ensure that all projects remain profitable, constructed to the highest standard and all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet compliance obligations including customer, asset owner, government and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources from multiple disciplines including various electrical roles, civil teams, non-electrical utilities, construction and design teams.
• Direct and manage project execution through managing individuals and commitments, influencing upwards the outcomes necessary for successful project delivery.
• Inspire, coach and mentor our people and our subcontractor partners to grow, realise their potential, to support our customers and one another.

YOU WILL HAVE:

• Degree in Electrical engineering or other relevant technical discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management.
• Experience with delivering substation construction projects.
• Demonstrable knowledge and application of Project management methodologies.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills.
• Own vehicle
