Business Development Manager
€70000 per annum

Business Development Manager - Central & North Germany - Inverters and BESS Manufacturer.

One of my clients who offer a complete residential solar and storage solution across Europe and looking to add a new Business Development Manager to their German team.

This role will be playing a crucial role in the continued growth of this business across the DACH region, with establishing new customers, but also maintaining relationships with key accounts they currently have.

Some of the main responsibilities of this position:
  • New Business Acquisition - through identifying new customers, engaging with distributors and installers across the region.
  • Account Management - foster and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving high-level of Sales performance - through selling high-value products and analyze performance to report to the senior management.
  • Market Research - monitoring the market place and competitors to ensure you're offering the company's products in the best way possible to increase sales.
  • Representation - attending trade shows and fairs to represent the company to existing and prospective customers.

In order to be a success in this role, the below qualifications and experience is crucial.
  • PV and/or BESS Sales Experience - a minimum of 2 years is required for this role.
  • Network across DACH - preferably with installers and distributors, EPCs also a plus!
  • German Language Skills -
  • Customer-orientated - willingness to provide the best service possible to the customer.
  • Willingness to travel - this will be across Central and Northern Germany.
  • Bachelor Degree - in either Business Administration or Engineering.
