Who is it?
JD Ross Energy is representing a new partner in their expansion. Active nationally and internationally, this developer focuses on large-scale energy storage projects, ranging in size up from 100MW to 500MW. They are seeking a procurement manager focusing on EPC contracting to join their team and help them reach new heights.




What will you do?

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Participate in tender processes and project onboarding.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate and manage contracts (ranging from 50 – 150 million euro), ensuring compliance with legal and commercial terms.
• Monitor and control procurement budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and manage risk assessments.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times and enhance efficiency.

What do you need?

• 5+ years of experience in a procurement role working with onshore/offshore wind or utility-scale projects.
• Solid knowledge and passion for the renewables industry.
• Availability to travel to one of the locations 2-3 days a week.
• Confidence to take ownership and work with large contract sizes.
• Knowledge of legal framework ideal.
• Understanding and knowledge around BESS ideal.
• Native Dutch and excellent English.
